Terms & Conditions

We have opened a new support ticket - Thanks for choosing Apex Computers

Please take the time to review your details, ticket support request (see email) and our terms / charges / policies (below).

Our Rates and Payment

$96 (including GST) per hour (1 hour minimum) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
$22 (including GST) travel fee within Busselton, locations further than 8 mins from our office, are charged at our hourly rate (based on Google Maps)
We have travel fees, as opposed to a higher hourly rate (like many other computer technicians)
- We feel separating travel is fairer for everybody.
After-hours: $139 (including GST) per hour, subject to availability. Travel is also calculated at same rate (while in the car, based on Google Maps)
We accept the following payment methods: Direct Deposit (bank transfer), Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club & JCB), Debitbox, Cash and Cheque.

General Terms

We like it when people pay on time - If for any reason you can't please let us know as soon as possible. (we don't bite)
Failure to pay on time, attracts late fees, collection fees and interest.
To avoid these fees, simply pay on time or contact us (Easy!)
